Terms and Conditions

Prepayment Policy

  1. A Credit Card is required to guarantee the reservation.

  2. No charges will be debited in advance except in the event of non-arrival or late cancellation.

  3. In either event the amount of the first night's accommodation will be charged to your Credit Card.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancellation policy is 24 hours prior to arrival, by 12.00 noon.

  2. Cancellations occurring beyond this point will result in the first nights accommodation being charged to your card.

  3. A change of date request within the cancellation policy window will result in a cancellation charge, this may not be used in credit for a future night stay.

Dining Allowance

  1. The allowance for dining will be stated at the time of booking.

  2. The complimentary 20% top-up will be automatically applied to the bill when dining.

  3. The allowance can only be use to cover the cost of food and/or beverages on the night of your stay. If staying for multiple nights, the allowance can be combined for one evening spend

  4. The allowance can be used as full or part payment and no change will be given in the event the full allowance is not used.

  5. Any additional costs must be covered by the guest.
